What a team! We had an awesome morning doing a photo shoot with David Weeks for the next Marriage Meander KZN edition and it was a great team effort.

Thanks to David, our professional photographer, and his crew, our gorgeous models, hair and make-up artists from Make-Up-Your-Mind, our bridal wear studios: VIP and The Wedding Box, and Bob who provided the amazing photo ‘accessories’.

The new book will launch in September and will have some great new features to help brides with their wedding planning journey.

The MARRIAGE MEANDER JOURNEY is a leisurely coach tour transporting you and your retinue/fiance/Mum/friends to select wedding venues, especially designed to plan your wedding in a relaxed informative environment. We would like to give you a taste of what you can look forward to by spending the day with us.

It is an early morning start, with registration for the Marriage Meander taking place at 8am at the first of our venues. Guests are warmly received with coffee, tea, champagne, orange juice and a breakfast buffet laid on by the hosting venue. Guests are given their complimentary Marriage Meander bag in which to place all their goodies they will collect throughout the day.

What follows are short presentations by professional wedding specialists, together with a display of their products/ services. The wedding specialists have been specially selected and will share with you a wealth of information to ensure that your wedding is a success. Guests are encouraged to interact with the hosting venue’s team of coordinators and wedding specialists, enjoy a tour of the venue before boarding the coach to the next venue.

The first KZN Bridal Fair of the year, held at Camelot on 21-22 Jan, was a fabulous event.

Enthusiastic brides and bridal couples, many newly engaged, streamed through the doors all week-end to find a fantastic selection of wedding specialists and plenty of ideas, food & wine tasting & entertainment.

The fashion shows and prizes to the value of R80000 attracted many from far and wide and the well organised event was certainly a memorable experience.

Marriage Meander sponsored Marriage Meander Journey tickets for all the finalists.

The Marriage Meander, together with 10 clients, took over the chapel, which was beautifully decorated by Flora Flowers, and got into the spirit of the bridal fair.
