Patrick Furter is a professional photographer shooting weddings for the past 23 years. He has a wealth of experience in all the different aspects of Wedding Photography, from weather to light, to running out of time. Patrick can adapt his style of photography to what each client wants, but in the end, his photography will portray the wedding day as it unfolded with all the romantic and classic moments captured through a journalistic view.
Most of Patrick’s efforts go into giving everyone a glimpse of the bride as she moves through all the stages of the day, from getting ready to the anticipation of seeing her man the first time. Then, to bring out the GQ side in every man… photographing the groom usually presents itself as a challenge, but more often that not, at the end of the day, the groom loves being in front of the lens!
Photographing the bridal couple is by far the most satisfying. Patrick says he does his best work when the couple is relaxed and when they are just being themselves. He then uses his talent to bring out the essence of each couple.
Months are spent dreaming up all the detail for the wedding and it will not pass unnoticed. Patrick makes sure that all the detail is properly recorded and that the couple will always remember what everything looked like even though they might not have seen it all on their wedding day.
Patrick says: “Photography was a hobby that became my life. I realised early on that a wedding consists of two real people that planned their biggest day, and they chose my talent and personality to capture it. At every wedding, I strive to be the best I can, and to produce timeless images that epitomises the couple on their wedding day.”
