Qambathi Mountain Lodge offers fabulous wedding venue options with close proximity to the Midlands and Drakensberg. The boutique barn with its large fireplace, boma and stunning mountain views is perfect for summer and winter weddings. Another option is a forest wedding on the pretty timber deck tucked into the indigenous forest with a little river running through it.  There is also the main lodge, which has a gorgeous chill deck overlooking the gardens. Qambathi Mountain Lodge offers you the opportunity to tailor make your wedding to include a special weekend of bush dinners, picnics, fly fishing, hiking, horse riding and golf.

As a destination wedding venue, we hire the lodge on exclusive basis, which means that no other parties or lodge guests will be around on your big day.

Up to 20 day time guests can be accommodated at your celebration at Qambathi. An old sandstone church is situated less than 10 minutes from the lodge or the gardens offer many options for the ceremony. The entire lodge forms part of our wedding packages, with fully catered or own caterer options. Qambathi sleeps up to 10 guests (in 3 suites and 2 lodge rooms) with a few other superb lodges within a 10 minute drive for any additional guests over 10 that need to stay over in the area. 

Qambathi is also a delightful place to book an intimate girly bachelorette weekend. Book out the lodge for your girly celebration prior to your big day and indulge in some relaxing poolside fun, delicious cuisine prepared by our chef, horse interactions, and afternoon walks in the beautiful countryside…
