VENUE SPOTLIGHT | Set in Currys Post, with rolling hills, forest edges, and a manor house that gives the property a quieter kind of elegance, @weltevreden_manorkzn is the kind of wedding venue that lends itself beautifully to a celebration with a little more time in it. Its appeal lies in the calm of the setting, the elegance of the house, and the feeling that the weekend can stretch out a little rather than race by.

Ceremonies take place outdoors in the manicured gardens, where the views open across the farm hills and towards the forest beyond. From there, the reception can remain intimate within the manor itself or grow into something larger on the lawns beneath a clear marquee. VENUE SPOTLIGHT | Set on a working sugarcane and cattle farm near Tala Valley, beneath giant fig trees and with rolling countryside opening out around it, @thornercountryestate offers couples a wedding setting where history and country ease feel genuinely lived in. The farm dates back to the early 1900s, and that rich history still comes through in the old stone buildings, the scale of the lawns, and the quieter rhythm of the property itself.

Ceremonies can take place in the old converted dairy barn, now a stone chapel seating up to 200 guests, where lead glass windows, wrought-iron chandeliers, Oregon pine pews, and the original double doors all add to the atmosphere.
