The Nut Mill

As a small, owner-run, farm-based business, in the hills of Hilton, we offer you something unique to the Midlands to spoil your guests with. The Nut Mill hand-roasts and mills 100% natural nut butters using locally-sourced macadamias.

Our nut butters are made in small batches on order to ensure you enjoy a fresh, deliciously healthy artisanal product. We would love to design a label just for you, to make this gift something special and one to remember and enjoy after your wedding day. We offer both 125ml and 250ml jars. These can be used on the tables as guest favours or as thank-you gifts to your bridal party. The perfect takeaway to remember your beautiful day, hand-made here in the Midlands.

The Nut Mill has also teamed up with other Midlands makers to create a hamper to welcome your overnight guests as they arrive at their accommodation, ready for your big day. This includes a macadamia nut butter from the Nut Mill, a pack of Suzie Q rusks, a pack of Haydens delicious crunchies and some of Wedgewood’s signature Bon Bons. This is offered in 2 sizes, beautifully packed for your guests, with the option for you to wrap it in your themed ribbon and add a personal thank-you tag. All of these items will be labelled with your bespoke wedding label, making them both welcoming and setting the scene for your day.

The Nut Mill also offers a range of gluten-free bakes for your guests who are gluten, dairy and egg intolerant. These rounds are made with macadamia nut butter, raw local honey and coconut flour. They are baked in 3 flavours…brownie, cinnamon or coconut honey and can be used as a tea-time treat or as the base of a delicious healthy dessert. Our almond honey balls are also a treat for people with special dietary requirements, as are our date bombs, filled with almond nut butter and coated in 70% dark chocolate. These can be packaged in small gift boxes too for a unique gift of yumminess.
