CELEBRATING KZN’S WEDDING INDUSTRY, STANDOUT SUPPLIERS, AND THE LASTING POWER OF PRINT.

On 4 December 2024, the KwaZulu-Natal wedding industry came together at the beautiful Talloula in Botha’s Hill to celebrate the 16th edition of the Marriage Meander magazine. With nearly 80 wedding professionals in attendance, this annual book launch event was more than just a party — it was a powerful reminder that print is not dead when it’s done right.

Themed “Bright & Bling”, the evening sparkled with bold colour, disco glam, sequins, and neon flair, as guests arrived ready to toast to another successful year in the world of wedding venues, suppliers, and services across KZN.

SUPPORTING KZN'S WEDDING COMMUNITY THROUGH CONNECTION AND CELEBRATION

As one of the leading wedding marketing platforms in KwaZulu-Natal, Marriage Meander continues to connect couples with trusted venues and suppliers through both digital channels and our beloved printed publication. Our annual book launch event gives us a chance to pause, reflect, and celebrate the creative community that makes this industry so special.

This year’s venue, Talloula, provided the perfect setting with its stylish indoor spaces and friendly hospitality. Guests were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine sponsored by Robertson Winery, and treated to mouth-watering eats prepared by the talented team from the Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine.

The space came to life thanks to The Floral Team, who created a bright, beautiful floral and décor display that perfectly captured the playful energy of the evening. Capturing every memorable moment was Rozane from Pose-a-Rosey Photography, whose images will help us relive the joy for months to come.

WHY PRINT STILL MATTERS IN WEDDING MARKETING

While digital marketing is essential, the tactile magic of a beautiful, printed guide continues to hold enormous value — especially in the wedding space, where inspiration, trust, and visual storytelling play such important roles.

The Marriage Meander magazine remains a sought-after resource for engaged couples looking for KZN wedding venues, decor stylists, florists, planners, caterers, photographers, bridalwear, entertainment, and more. With strategic distribution and a reputation for quality, we proudly offer wedding suppliers a platform that works — both online and offline.

A HEARTFELT THANK YOU

To every venue, florist, caterer, photographer, planner, and wedding creative who joined us: thank you. This milestone is yours as much as it is mine. Here’s to another year of inspiring weddings, successful marketing, and continued collaboration.

If you’re a KZN-based wedding supplier or venue looking to grow your brand and reach engaged couples in a meaningful way, we'd love to have you as part of the Marriage Meander community in 2026.

Let’s keep doing what we do best — together.
